Consulate General of Italy Toronto had a reception on June 3, 2025 at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex to celebrate Italian National Day on the occasion of the 79thAnniversary (June 2) of the birth of the Italian Republic. At the reception official remarks were made and a ceremony for the bestowal of honors of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and of the Order of the Star of Italy also took place.
